Is Pro really just ₹49/month?
Yes. Recurring monthly via Razorpay. Cancel any time and you keep Pro features until period end. No setup fees, no annual lock-in, no "starter" trick pricing.
What's the actual difference between Free and Pro?
Free lets you join as much as you want. The only real Pro perk is unlimited hosting. If you're just attending rooms, Free is genuinely all you need — forever.
Why so cheap?
Because most of the cost is your CPU and bandwidth, not ours. We pay for LiveKit's SFU and a small server. ₹49 × 1000 Pro users covers our costs and a fair developer wage in India.
Refunds?
Email hello@aravindlabs.tech within 7 days of payment with a reason. We process pro-rata refunds for genuine cases (tech issues, accidental purchases). For "I changed my mind", we'll cancel future billing — no fight.
Can my college / company buy bulk Pro for our students?
Yes. Email us for educational institution pricing (~50% off at 50+ seats). We handle GST invoicing.
What about non-India users?
Razorpay supports international cards. Pricing is shown in INR. ₹49 ≈ $0.59 USD as of May 2026.
